• "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses our platform
• "Job Seeker" refers to individuals looking for employment opportunities
• "Employer" refers to organizations posting job opportunities
• "Content" refers to all information, text, images, and materials on the platform
• "Services" refers to all features and functionality provided by the platform

Account Creation:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must keep your profile information up to date
• You may not share your account with others
• You may not create multiple accounts without our permission

Account Termination:

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Permitted Uses:

• Searching and applying for legitimate job opportunities
• Posting genuine job vacancies (for employers)
• Creating professional profiles and resumes

Prohibited Activities:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward other users

• Using automated tools to scrape or collect data from our platform
• Posting content that violates intellectual property rights
• Engaging in any illegal activities or violating applicable laws

Job Posting Requirements:

• All job postings must be for genuine, available positions
• Job descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
• Salary information should be provided where possible
• Contact information must be current and monitored
• Jobs must comply with Australian employment laws and anti-discrimination legislation

Pricing and Payment:

• Community job posts are free for grassroots sports organizations
• Standard and Premium job posts require payment before publication
• Subscription plans provide unlimited job postings for the subscription period
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

Job Post Duration and Renewal:

• Standard job posts remain active for 30 days unless renewed
• Premium job posts include extended visibility and promotion
• Employers may edit or remove job posts at any time
• We reserve the right to remove job posts that violate these Terms

Our Content:

• All platform content, design, and functionality is owned by Sports Jobs Australia
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected intellectual property
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission

User Content:

• You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform purposes
• You represent that you have the right to submit all content you provide
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights

Third-Party Content:

• Job postings and profiles are owned by their respective creators
• We do not claim ownership of user-generated content
• Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• We collect and use personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws
• Job seekers' profiles may be visible to employers and recruiters
• Employers' contact information may be shared with job applicants
• We implement security measures to protect your personal information
• You have rights regarding your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy

By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Disclaimers:

• Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of job postings or user profiles
• We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of employment relationships
• We do not endorse or verify employers or job seekers on our platform
• Platform availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sports Jobs Australia shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from user interactions or employment relationships
• Technical issues, system downtime, or data loss

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Professional Conduct:

• Maintain professional and respectful communication
• Provide honest and accurate information in profiles and job postings
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users
• Follow through on commitments and communications

Prohibited Content:

• Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content
• False or misleading information
• Spam, promotional content unrelated to employment
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Personal contact information in public profiles (use our messaging system)

Enforcement:

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action against users who violate these standards. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

Payment Processing:

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
• All prices include GST where applicable
• Payment is required before job posts go live (except for free community posts)
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected

Refund Policy:

• Refunds for job posts may be provided if the post has not gone live
• Subscription refunds are prorated for unused portions
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase

Billing Disputes:

If you have questions about billing or wish to dispute a charge, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge.

Termination by You:

• You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
• Termination does not automatically cancel active subscriptions
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees

Termination by Us:

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Abuse our platform or other users

Effect of Termination:

• Your access to the platform will be immediately revoked
• Your profile and job postings will be removed
• We may retain certain information as required by law
• Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability survive termination
