Box Hill United is seeking a highly organised and dependable Team Manager to support our senior football program. This role is essential to ensuring a professional, well-run environment where coaches can focus on performance and players can excel. As Team Manager, you will oversee all off-field operations, provide structured support to staff and players, and uphold the high standards expected within a semi-professional club. Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate all team logistics, including training schedules, matchday operations, and weekly communication.
- Manage platforms for player availability, attendance, and club messaging.
- Handle registrations, compliance documentation, injury reporting, and matchday team sheets.
- Prepare matchday setup: equipment, match balls, hydration, ice baths, and change rooms.
- Liaise with referees, opposition clubs, and internal staff to ensure smooth match operations.
- Manage uniforms: sizing, distribution, kit care, and jersey washing each week.
- Support coaches with administrative duties, planning, and operational requirements.
- Maintain a strong duty of care and support a positive, professional team culture.
