We are looking for an individual to manage a team throughout the 2026 season. The role involves leading and organising one of our teams so that the team can perform to their best ability, and to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. We're looking for team managers for the following team:

  • U19's Men
  • U19's Women
  • Thirds Men
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the coach and players are provided with sufficient equipment (within guidelines set down by the Football Operations Manager) to ensure the efficient operation of the team
  • Ensure all players are either currently registered with the League or has an approved clearance from previous Club
  • Provide the Football Operations Manager with a list, in jumper number order, of all players and keep all players lists updated as every change is made
  • Check jumpers are clean and in good order at all times
  • Ensure other support staff has been appointed and are in attendance as required
  • Ensure the integrity of best and fairest voting in accordance with Club policy
Essential Skills
  • Punctual
  • Time Management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively liaise with athletes, coaches and administrators
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Be able to work on own initiative.
  • Sound knowledge of the Australian Football Rules game
  • Drivers License and have access to a vehicle
