Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader ready to make an impact? At Cluey Learning, Australia’s largest online tutoring company, we’re helping thousands of students every week reach their potential and we’re looking for a motivated leader to guide our high-performing inbound sales team. About the Role You’ll lead a team of 8-10 consultants in a fast-paced B2C environment, helping parents and students find the right tutoring solutions. Your focus will be on coaching, developing, and inspiring your team to exceed targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do
- Coach, motivate, and support your team to hit and exceed sales targets
- Foster a consultative sales approach that focuses on customer needs
- Use data and KPIs to identify performance opportunities and drive results
- Lead by example with strong communication and positive energy
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uphold ethical sales standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience as a Sales Team Leader in a high-volume B2C call centre
- Strong understanding of the consultative sales process
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ideally experience engaging with parents or education-related products (not essential)
