As a Lifeguard at Waves Leisure Centre, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all patrons in our aquatic facility. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and a positive work culture, fostering an environment where teamwork and communication are key to providing the best experience for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include supervising members and guest, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and responding to emergencies with confidence and professionalism. What you’ll deliver Your role includes but is not limited to: - Maintaining clean and safe pool facilities whilst adhering to health and safety principles
- Supervision of aquatic areas and patron activities to ensure safety
- Providing professional and friendly interactions with centre members and guests
- Providing accurate information about centre services
- Communicating centre policies and procedures to patrons Your Skills and Experience As a lifeguard you will need to have - A current Pool Lifeguard award with CPR and Defibrillator certificate\*
- Current Level 2 First Aid certificate\*
