We are seeking an experienced Head Swimming Coach to lead our competitive swimming program.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement training programs for competitive swimmers
- Coach athletes aged 8-18 across all strokes and distances
- Manage assistant coaches and support staff
- Coordinate with parents and club committee
- Attend competitions and training camps
**Requirements:**
- Swimming Australia Level 2 coaching certification (minimum)
- 5+ years coaching experience in competitive swimming
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- Bronze Medallion or equivalent
