This is a rare and exciting leadership opportunity to join one of Melbourne’s most prominent community sporting organisations and drive meaningful impact across one of the state’s fastest-growing, most diverse regions. Broadmeadows Basketball Association (BBA) is a well-respected entity in the City of Hume and surrounding LGAs, delivering competitions and programs across multiple venues. We’re proud to be a High Performance Hub endorsed by Basketball Victoria, stadium license holder with Hume City Council, and a multiple award winner - including twice named _Inclusive Association of the Year_. Our strategic vision - “A more connected and harmonious community with greater opportunities for all” \- is at the heart of everything we do. We’re focused on growing participation, strengthening talent pathways, and partnering with community groups to deliver broader social impact. We’re looking for a General Manager who brings strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to help deliver the goals of our Strategic Plan. The role also involves fostering our vital volunteer networks and leading a capable team across social media, competitions, program delivery, community connection and support services. - Full Time ongoing role: 38 hours/week
