With state-of-the-art equipment, a dedicated team and ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for a dynamic Lead Coach to drive our program forward and uplift our athlete and coach community. - Lead and design high-performance gymnastics programs (Advanced, Advanced Silver & High-Performance levels) in collaboration with our Technical Director.
- Mentor and develop a team of coaches, delivering best-practice training, feedback and performance development.
- Deliver exceptional service and experience to members, engaging with athletes, parents and stakeholders.
- Contribute to program scheduling, curriculum design, athlete progression, and club growth initiatives.
- Work across morning, afternoon, evenings and weekends as required to meet the club timetable. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in gymnastics coaching (Advanced/Advanced Silver/High-Performance accreditation preferred).
- Proven ability to instruct and lead teams of coaches and athletes at high-performance or competitive levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly working with children and families.
