- Lead training, match preparation, and player development with pathway focus to A-League Women’s.
- Implement Individual Development Plans and provide video feedback to players.
- Collaborate with Performance, Medical, and Analysis teams to manage workloads and wellbeing. 2\. Girls Academy Physiotherapist Deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation support for Girls Academy players, integrating best-practice injury prevention and performance care across training and competition. - Minimum 2 years’ experience as a board-registered physiotherapist.
- Experience in managing sports-related injuries.
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation to Academy players.
- Collaborate with ALW and Academy medical teams for seamless care and communication.
- Manage injury prevention, treatment, and return-to-play programs. 3\. Girls Academy Logistics Coordinator Coordinate the day-to-day logistics and operations of the Girls Academy program, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for players, staff, and families. - Oversee scheduling, matchday operations, and player logistics.
- Act as point of contact for parents, coaches, and stakeholders.
- Manage kit, equipment, and compliance processes.
