The Goal umpire coach will play a pivotal role in enhancing and leading our goal umpiring program at the NFNL. Key Duties:
- Make weekly goal umpiring appointments.
- Edit vision for coaching purposes.
- Available to observe/coach on Saturday.
- Develop training plan in conjunction with fitness coach.
- Collate and send observation feedback to umpires.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience coaching at community level desired.
- The ability to effectively plan and implement a structured training and coaching program.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and relate to a diverse range of stakeholders, including coaches, umpires, and parents.
- Strong leadership and relationship skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to the values of NFNL
- Have a Victorian Employment Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain one.
