Join the SUSFC Coaching Team! Sydney University Soccer Football Club (SUSFC) Womens All Age program is seeking passionate volunteer coaches to join our growing women’s program. Coach Duties
- Make football fun, inclusive and positive, with plenty of encouragement
- Role model respect and fair play at all times (including towards referees and opposition)
- Deliver engaging training sessions (1 per week) and manage game day for your team (Sunday)
- Support your Team Manager and help foster a strong team culture
- Encourage players to develop to their best ability, balancing development with enjoyment
- Be committed to learning and the University culture.
What We’re Looking For
- An understanding of football (soccer)
- A genuine interest in coaching and player development
- No coaching licence required to start - we encourage and support coaches to work towards obtaining their licence
- Willingness to obtain a Volunteer Working With Children Check (required if coaching junior teams)
