Gymnastics Australia is on the hunt for a passionate integrity expert to take on the newly created role of Head of Complaints and Integrity.   • Lead from the front: Be the central point of contact for all complaints and integrity matters.

What We’re Looking For
  • A complaints management expert with a strong understanding of risk, investigations, and integrity frameworks.
  • A strategic thinker who can lead complex cases and mentor a team.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills - you’ll be building trusted relationships across the sport sector.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in sport management, law, investigations, or a related field.
  • A passion for child safeguarding and integrity in sport - this is non-negotiable.
