What We’re Looking For
- A complaints management expert with a strong understanding of risk, investigations, and integrity frameworks.
- A strategic thinker who can lead complex cases and mentor a team.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills - you’ll be building trusted relationships across the sport sector.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in sport management, law, investigations, or a related field.
- A passion for child safeguarding and integrity in sport - this is non-negotiable.
