The role Full-time - Take the next step in your sport management career Reporting to the High Performance and Development Manager, this role focuses on improving the experiences of members who are part of the Representative and Development Programs, as well as their families, managers, officials, and coaches who are vital to a successful season and program. It’s a busy role so you have to like multi-tasking and be the go to person for our Senior and Junior Rep Programs, After School Programs, Holiday Clinics and Miniball 3x3. Key responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service for program enquiries through direct communication with participants and families
• Creating and executing the best processes for administration of all Representative and Development programs, such as program planning, registrations, managing databases and compliance tracking.
• Support the High Performance & Development Manager with coach rostering and wages
• Be the primary liaison between Norths and Basketball NSW on all Rep Program matters

Who we are looking for An ultra-organised go-getter who loves community sport and being the person that our community naturally goes to. The person who genuinely enjoys the detail, getting it right and ensuring the Norths team and participants understand our communication and requests. We believe this role is perfect for someone that enjoys developing administrative processes, a recent sport management graduate or those looking to build a career in the sport industry. Experience with sport management software will be beneficial but not essential - you have to like using technology to get stuff done and like learning new things. We have a great team who will support you in your role if you own it. Oh, and we’re big on energy here in the Bear Cave so bring the positive vibes and let’s go. \*Basketball knowledge and experience is beneficial.
