FDNA provides netball competitions and programs for 3000 weekly participants, 7 days per week. The Umpire Development & Planning Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling, training, development, and support of umpires for all Frankston District Netball Association competitions. You will create rosters, & maintain detailed records. Maintaining an adequate pool of umpires you will work with affiliate clubs and other stakeholders to identify recruitment and training opportunities. You will implement a training plan which aligns with Netball Victoria frameworks - keeping abreast of rule and other changes. You will be a leader supporting mostly young volunteers - playing a crucial role in providing a safe and welcoming enviroment for all.
