Full-time, permanent position, commencing January 2026. All Hallows’ School, a Catholic Mercy school for girls from Years 5–12, is excited to be expanding our Sport Department team. We are seeking an experienced Program Director – Hockey & Tennis to lead our All Hallows’ Hockey and Tennis programs. As a proven leader with experience in leading successful sport programs, you will have a deep understanding of sport administration and management of player development pathways, from beginner to high-performance levels, and a passion for providing opportunities for students to grow and develop. Working under the direction of the Head of Sport, as the Program Director – Hockey & Tennis, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, and hands-on management of the School’s Hockey & Tennis programs, and in collaboration with program coaches, design and implement player, coach, and whole of program development initiatives from our grassroots participation through to our high-performance tournament programs. In the role, you will lead an extensive team of coaches, officials and volunteers within our Hockey & Tennis programs, fostering a positive, inclusive and high-performance environment which caters for all students. Your leadership skills will be matched by your ability to work collaboratively with key Sport staff to manage the day-to-day operations of two sport programs. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator who has the ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider school community, and is aligned to the School’s commitment to provide high quality sport programs which support the overall wellbeing of our students. This role is a full-time, permanent position which requires availability for early mornings, afternoons and weekends to support the operational needs of the School’s sport program. The distribution of hours will be determined by the Head of Sport in consultation with the successful applicant.
