IGSA Sport is a sub-committee of IGSA and is the leading independent girls’ schools sporting association in Australia. IGSA Sport is responsible for the provision of sporting activities for the students of 32 independent girls’ schools. The IGSA Sport philosophy is focused on helping girls appreciate the value of physical activity, fair play, teamwork and good sportsmanship while building self-confidence, skill, self-discipline and responsibility. IGSA is seeking a talented, dynamic and organised Director of Junior Sport to lead and manage the IGSA Sport program for Members’ Junior schools. This newly established role will work closely with the current Directors of Sport and will focus on the establishment and ongoing coordination of the IGSA Sport program for Junior School students. Commencing in January 2026, the successful candidate will cover a parental leave position for Term 1 before moving into the Junior Sport role from Term 2 onwards. The ideal candidate will:
