Sunshine Coast Grammar School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our Grammar Netball Program. This is a part-time (0.2FTE, term time) position within our Sports department, ideal for someone passionate about sport and administration. About the Role As the Administration Assistant - Netball, you will:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Director of Netball
  • Organise netball events, fundraising activities, and presentations
  • Manage the Netball email inbox and act as the main point of contact for coaches and team managers
  • Administer supplies, equipment, and venue bookings for training and matches
  • Draft communications for newsletters and other correspondence
  • Oversee administration for training and match day operations across School, Academy, and Club programs
  • Set up and maintain communication platforms and player attendance databases
  • Coordinate player registrations, attendance, and injury records
  • Organise certificates, trophies, and awards for students
  • Support the administration and promotion of netball trials and competitions
  • Attend and contribute to Netball Support Group committee meetings
  • Organise and schedule appointments and meetings
  • (If suitably qualified) Coach up to one School team and one Club team, and participate in additional school tournaments
About You You will bring:

  • Commitment to the Christian values and ethos of the School and PMSA
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft suite
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure
  • Knowledge and ability to coach netball (an advantage)
  • Ability to manage students and assist with sporting lessons
  • Current Working with Children Blue Card (mandatory)
