Site Operations Coordinator

Vicki’s EverSwim is seeking a dedicated Site Operations Coordinator to manage the daily operational and administrative functions behind the scenes of our busy swim school. Location: Vicki’s EverSwim, 27 Merrigal Rd, Port Macquarie Start Date: January 2026 About the Role: As the Site Operations Coordinator, you will ensure our swim centre runs smoothly by managing rosters, customer administration, safety documentation, and supporting our team to deliver the best experience for children and families. This vital role keeps our operations efficient, accurate, and customer-focused. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage rosters according to class demand and staff availability
• Oversee timesheets and verify accuracy
• Handle enrolments, class changes, cancellations, waitlists, and customer feedback
• Maintain schedule accuracy and assist with program timetable adjustments
• Monitor enrolment retention and identify operational improvements
• Ensure daily site setup, stock levels, and facility presentation standards
• Supervise customer service team and oversee POS and cash balances
• Report incidents, manage site safety, and uphold safety documentation
