The Softball NSW Recruitment and Retention Officer (RRO) is responsible for creating and delivering Softball programs to grow participation and inspire the next generation of Softball players to love the sport. The RRO will collaborate with the Softball community to identify and implement Softball growth opportunities to increase new member registrations and improving player retention across all age groups and specific Associations. RROs are focused on driving passion amongst current and potential Softball participants to deliver a key Softball NSW strategic objective to grow participation and member registrations in NSW.
