The Role (What You’ll Be Doing): Softball Australia is seeking a Sport Doctor to provide medical leadership, care and guidance across our High-Performance programs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our athletes while supporting coaches and staff in achieving world-class performance outcomes. You’ll deliver targeted medical consultation and education, develop return-to-play protocols, and collaborate with our performance support team to optimise athlete care. This role combines clinical expertise with strategic insight to help our athletes stay healthy, resilient and competition-ready.
