U19 Women’s Coach

The Melbourne University Blacks are excited to field our first-ever U19 Women’s team, and we’re looking for someone who loves footy, wants to have fun, and is keen to gain hands-on coaching experience. As the U19 Women’s Coach, you’ll lead the team during training sessions through the week and guide them on matchdays. You’ll be fully supported by the Head of Football, Football Operations Manager, Under 19s Coordinator, and the wider coaching group. This role is perfect for anyone with a genuine passion for footy and a desire to help young players learn, grow, and enjoy the game. No prior coaching experience is required – just enthusiasm, energy, and a love of the sport! What you’ll do:

• Run fun, engaging training sessions each week
• Coach the team on gameday
• Help with team selection
• Create a positive and inclusive environment for players
• Work closely with our football department
